The Fun Continues…

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Feast at school before we had our break. Here are a few pictures…

Some of the play that takes place in the Big Room can involve basketball, cube making or driving in a one of a kind car. It can also involve playing a video game while sitting on a couch complete with the controls :).

We opened up a cafe in room 13 this past week. A lot of hot chocolate along with coffee were consumed. We were on caffeine overload! We had holiday cups, striped straws, pretend hot chocolate/coffee and marshmallows. We also had clip boards and menus to write your order on along with a cash register and money. Many of the staff visited the cafe. Mrs. Reiss came and left real money! Watch out Starbucks!

We focused on the letter G this past week. This is the G page that the children made for their alphabet books. Here is the beginning of our classroom gingerbread house. We are going to decorate those white plates and add so much more to this house. A finished picture will be provided. The children always love decorating together.

Lastly, here is an adorable tee shirt and an adorable book about hibernation.

In the days ahead, we will be busy making holiday gifts, cards and wrapping paper. This year is flying by.

We absolutely love this group of children and are having so much fun with them!

Take care,

Jan and Maggie
