Application Procedure

Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now available! After our initial winter/spring enrollment schedule, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis as space allows. New families are strongly encouraged to tour the school with their child before submitting an application; tours will be available all year by appointment, in both in-person and virtual formats.

Parents who file a Short Form Application and pay the non-refundable application fee ($75 for returning families, $100 for new families) will have a spot held for a limited time. Once the Short Form Application is processed, parents will receive a packet containing the Long Form Application and the Enrollment Agreement, which must be returned with the Holding Fee to secure a spot for your child.

Upon receipt of the Enrollment Agreement and Holding Fee, you will receive the remaining forms needed to complete your child’s file for the coming year. To complete the enrollment process, you must submit all the required forms and fees as outlined above.  When we receive all of the forms, we will give you a start date for your child, at least two teaching days after you return all the forms to the office, in order to allow time for paperwork to be processed.  

Start The Admissions Process

Start by filling out the Short Form Application. The options we offer are listed on the application and organized by age group. Find your child’s age group and indicate how many days you prefer. If your first choice is not available, we will notify you of available options to see if there is a way to accommodate your schedule.

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee is due with each student’s application; $100 for new families and $75 for returning families.
