Halloween Time
We’ve been having a fun week with Halloween activities. We observe this time of year with low-key, age appropriate activities that all of the children may enjoy. Examples are Jack-o-Lantern puzzles, wind up Halloween toys, small Halloween figures and finger puppets, stories, pumpkin poem, and art projects. We are ending the week on Thursday and Friday with special Halloween snacks. And our special Beanie Babies friends, Halloween Bear, Clown Bear and Ghost have been coming to Meeting Time every day. The Thursday children helped Mrs. Wiryaman pull the seeds out of our class pumpkin and ooh’d and aah’d when it was lit up. We will light it up again on Friday. Mrs. Dotivala was very ingenious when she turned on the flashlight of her phone, put it in a PPE glove, and put it in the Jack-o-Lantern.
