Thanksgiving

What a fun couple of weeks it has been preparing for Thanksgiving. We read turkey books, cut feathers for our big turkey, and built homes for Native Americans and Pilgrims.

We made turkey handprint pages for our memory books.

We spent a lot of time talking about what we are thankful for. I love hearing about what is special to each child. Their answers are always so heartwarming! We made turkey hats and wore them to the feast where we joined the Yellow Class.

I am so grateful to be a part of this class! Hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!
